Epping Through the Ages

The Epping Mothers Union is planning for Silver Sunday (6th Oct) in partnership with the Epping team.
We will be hosting an afternoon tea event in St John’s church in epping on the afternoon of 6th October for about 35 residents of local retirement homes. Although it is inspired by Silver Sunday, we are calling our event Epping Through the Ages. This ties in with our theme as we will be displaying photos of our town through the ages for the whole weekend, kindly supplied by the Epping Forest District Museum.
There will be piano music as entertainment and the MU will serve an afternoon tea with home made cake and sandwiches. The mayor and his wife will also attend.
