Reflections from September

Let us pray for all those people who are suffering from drought, flooding, malnutrition and disease. Especially those in Yemen, USA, Bangladesh and Myanmar.

Not officially linked to Myanmar, but we are still close to the people at this time and it is more important than ever to stand with them. To pray for them and their work. We need to show them the love and encouragement that global Mothers' Union family is so good at giving... Arthur Tear

When St Anselm was a child, he had a miraculous vision of God on the summit of the Becca di Nona near his home, with God asking his name, his home and his quest after which he shared bread with him. Anselm then fell asleep and when he woke up he returned home.

We live in a natural world, a world that produces natural disasters. We pray for, and see God working through the hands and hearts of thousands of people who give up their time, their money and their energy to help the victims cope.

If you want to download the Mothers' Union quarterly newsletter yourself and print it out you will be able to, by clicking on the PDF file I have added at the end of the article. Enjoy
